The most popular ramen noodles package except the plastic wrapper is the paper bowl. They are very easy to use, no need to do clean works when you are having the meals. Thickness of the bowls are making sure that water proof and grease proof. Usually water proof is for over 3 hours.

Different from the disposable kraft soup containers, the ramen paper bowls are more sturdy than the kraft ones. It is not only about gsm, also the quality of the paper.

All our instant noodle cups are made of 300gsm sturdy paper coated with 18g PE.

Withstand 120℃ boiled water.

Since 94% is paper content, it is environmental friendly, and paper can be recycle.

Printing effect is realized by Offset printing, CMYK. For specialized pantone color, we can do 98% following your pantone number.

We provide both cover lids and peelable lids of the ramen noodles package for customer to choose.

There are also different types of peelable lids, there are Paper coated PE, Aluminum foil paper, Aluminum foil paper with drain holes.

Different Lids

Our ramen noodles package are good media for branded instant noodles. The aluminum foil paper lid will be heat sealed at the top of the bowl. Some clients will worry about the color differences of the paper soup bowls with lids, usually we will take care of the color when do printing. And we can set a Pantone number for your specilized main color make sure the consistency.
