Function and Leakage testing
One of the most important things in Quality Control for custom paper bowls is leakage testing. We do 3 times per day during mass production.
We put hot water, hot coffee, hot water with oil bean, with oil etc to do the leakage testing.
For food take away, it is oil proof for over 20 to 40 mins. And there are double PE coated bowls if your food are too greasy.
