1. Can you make customized cups?

Yes. Custom logo design is offered. We have development department, and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, we could discuss to establish new mould.

2. What is your sample policy?

We provide free existing samples, the buyer need to pay for the Express fee OR provide us courier account.

Express fee can be returned when you order.

3. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we do test at production line 3 times one day. And checking before packaing.
