Instant noodles cup is different from paper coffee cups we normally use. A qualified instant noodle cup should be food safe, thicker enough and sturdy, no leakage, withstand boiled water, heat proof, grease proof, easy to hold, and with very clear vivid printing effect.
We recommend 300gsm +18g PE as the paper material of 500ML cup noodles for single wall cup. The thickness will protect users hands from heating, and 18g PE assure water proof and grease proof for at least 2 hours.
One of the advantages of this dimension instant noodle cup is that we have 2 types for customers to choose.
One is single wall cup noodles, the other one is double wall cup noodles.To be more precise, it is double layer cup noodles.
What the differences of these 2 types of cups?
Double wall cup noodles can Hide the waterline from apperance, beacue the water line is pressed in the inner cup.
And double wall cups are more thicker because there are 2 layers, and it performance better when holding foiled hot water. The total cost of double wall instant noodles cup is higher than single wall one.
Peelable aluminum foil paper lid
There are different kinds of lids and peelable lids for our 500ml Ramen Cup Noodles.
Some are made of paper coated with PE, some are made of laminated with aluminum foil and paper and PE.
Peelable lids are saving more space for shipping, because the volume of the lids is small. It can save you a lot of shipping cost when you choose peelable lids.
But the customers will have to prepare the sealing machines for the noodle cups to be sealed with this peelable lids. Because peelable lids cannot be sealed by manuel.
We do customized different sizes of peelable lids with different printing.
Drain lids are available too.
We also supply the cover paper lids, and paper lids with draining. This paper lids are environmental friendly, only paper coated with PE.
All options are available to choose. We recommend the best instant noodles packaging for you as per your budget and market demand. And if the current dimensions are not meeting with your requirements, we have ability to do customize dimension.
Sometimes, for peelable lids, because the material is different with paper cup and paper bowl, there will be the differences of the color of designs. We will try to minimize the color differences between the instant noodle cup and peelable paper lids. Usually we will print instant noodle cups first, and then print the peelable lids following the cups.
When you are choosing the cover big lids, there usually will be no color differences, because the cups/bowls are same paper material with lids.
And for the covering big lids, you can do instant noodle packed by hand, the sealing machine is not that necessary.

how to make sure printing effect
Offset printing by famous Printing Machine HEIDELBERG and MAN, making sure the High clear and vivid effect of printing quality, and printing quality consistency.
Offset printing is up to 8 colors. And we can do 2 specialized mian color strictly follow Pantone.
Technical guys are in paper printing industry for over 15 years.
Testing
We do testing by soy sauce, oil, hot coffee, to make sure no leakage of the instant noodle cups.
Packing
