1.PE coating: It is to coat the base paper with PE film by a film coating machine. The paper with one side coated is called single-sided coating, and the paper with both sides coated is called double-sided coating.

All paper bowls and cups are made by food grade paper coated with food grade PE. The bowls and cups are FDA, and Regulation EC No1935 2004 Qualified.

2.Slitting: Use a slitting machine to cut the coated paper into rectangular paper pieces for paper bowl walls and roll paper for paper bowl bottoms.

For offset printing, it is slitting before the printing.

For Flexo printing, it is slitting after the printing. cause it is a roll.

3. Printing: Use an offset printing machine or a gravure printing machine to print various patterns on rectangular paper pieces.

Offset printing and Flexo printing are both available. Usually the MOQ of Flexo printing is higher.

4. Slicing: Use a die-cutting machine to cut the printed paper pieces into fan-shaped pieces for paper bowls.

5. Forming: Provide the required paper bowl specifications in the paper bowl automatic forming machine. The operator only needs to put the printed fan-shaped paper pieces and the cup bottom roll paper into the feeding port.

6. Packaging: Seal the formed paper bowls with plastic bags and put them in cartons.
