Our double PE coated 4oz ice cream tubs are with durability and resistance to leaks or spills.
PE Coating High Quality, 100% food grade.
Premium dual-sided PE coating (18gsm per side) effectively blocks moisture and grease, preventing softening or leakage. Under standard freezing conditions of -18°C to -22°C, it typically ensures a 12 month storage period. Low-weight PE coating (<15 gsm) may cause edge brittleness or minor leakage after 3-6 months of freezing.
Paper Base Material, SUN PAPER
Ice cream cups are made from SUN PAPER, high-strength food-grade white cardboard (210-300 gsm) offer freeze resistance, minimizing delamination during long-term freezing.(Note: "gsm" = grams per square meter, a standard unit for paper/coating weight)
They are suitable for serving frozen desserts, ice cream, sorbet, gelato, etc.
These ice cream paper cups with lids can be stored in freezer, and individual packed ice cream are excellent for distribution. Paper raw material is one hundred percentage food grade kraft white paper, so these ice cream tubs are eco-friendly and disposable after use.
Quantity per pack for convenience: 50pieces per pack, 20 packs per carton.
