The biggest ice cream tub with lid at this stage is 32oz, 1000ml, made by Double PE coated white paper.
It has also been called Quart ice cream containers with lids, Quart is 946ml.
Paper weight is 300gsm, and coated 18g PE inside and out side. Total gsm weight is 336gsm.
Double PE coated means PE coated inside of the container and outside of the container.
PE coated function is Water proof.
Offset Printing
Offset printing is CMYK theory.
CMYK is a color model used in printing to create a wide range of colors by combining four different colors:
Cyan (C), a bluish-green color
Magenta (M), a purplish-red color
Yellow (Y), a bright yellow
Key (K), black, represented by K
When there is a specialized color which is required strictly follow Pantone Number, we call it specialized color.
Because of the CMYK theory is combining, there are color tolerance of printing for each batch.
But we can do 98% same for every batch of orders.
We also have Flexo printing, the cost will be less than Offset but require high order quantity.

1.What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
MOQ for non printing is 30,000pcs.
MOQ for your logo custom printing is 30,000pcs.
2.How do you control the quality?
We have QC person work on the production lines.
All products have been inspected before delivery.
(1)Raw paper material will be checked once arrive at our factory.
(2)Printed pieces with logo checked when printing. Forming shape details checked during production.
(3)Packing bags checked during packing.
(4)Test of quality buy boiled water, hot coffee for over 3 hours. Grease for over 30miniutes.
Packaging
We provide custom package, custom out carton box, custom lable.
Usually 500 pcs per carton box for 1000ml ice cream tub with lid.
High quality 5 layers corrugated strong carton to protect your cups when during transportation.
