What is the difference between hot cups and cold cups?

Poly is impermeable material. So when inside and outside both coated with PE/poly, the consendation will not wet the cups at exterior.

Normal hot paper cups are only poly coated inside.

Cold cups are PE/poly coated inside and outside. 

Ice cream cups are also PE coated inside and outside, it peformance well for storage in freezer.
