How are disposable soup cups made?

1. PE coating

The base paper is coated with food grade PE film by a laminating machine.

2. Cutting

Cut the coated paper into rectangular sheets.

3. Printing

Various patterns and images and letters are printed on rectangular sheets of the rectangular paper.

4. Die cutting

Cut the printed paper sheet into fan-shaped sheets for disposable soup cups.

5. Forming

The operator puts the fan-shaped disposable soup cup pieces and the bottom roll paper into the feeding port of the disposable soup cup forming machine.

6. Packaging

Seal the prepared disposable soup cup in a plastic bag, and then pack it into a carton.
